After dying my Fitbit versa does not charge or turn on. There is no issues with the connecters, or charge cable. On the previous charge it held fine. This has gotten wet from normal wear ie sweat etc but not submerged. Anyone advise?

Same with me. Versa battery was completely dead. Put it on the charger and I have nothing and it's not a port issue.

Common issue with these watches - I've had 4. When it starts to act like this it is DEAD. You'll have to get a new one. This is how they all die eventually. They are actually total pieces of junk, I'm not buying another one.

This happened to me too. If you have had it less than a year, you can get a replacement. If you have had it longer than that, all they will do is offer you 25% off a new device unless you purchased the extended warranty. However, I did a lot of searching on these forums and found a solution that brought mine back to life. The sleep function is acting wonky but everything else is working. It’s worth a try.

I am experiencing this issue too. Sometimes the screen lights up and gets stuck at the fitbit logo. Pressing (or holding down) the side buttons don't help.
