Fitbit versa died and won't restart

Fitbit versa left main button started to not work, restarted it and it worked OK. Then it ran out of battery very quickly, I've recharged it over night and it won't turn on again. I've held all buttons for 10secs and nothing. What do I do?

This has just happened to me😡!! I’m utterly pissed as the Work week Hustle just started!

The screen is stuck on this and even after using the 3 button combination it just stays on there! I’ve had to fish out my Flex 2 to keep going in the Challenge but for a £200 wrist watch! This is an appalling joke to see so many complaints!

I found that if you plug your Fitbit into your PC consoles USB port it will charge for long enough for you to restart and check how the watch works

This is the exact same thing for me I got it for my birthday 3 months ago and last week it started acting weird like I went to bed with a full battery and woke up and it wouldn't turn on. I tried different plugs and eventually I used my PC console which charged it and i have been using that but right now i dont have my console and now i cant charge my Fitbit. If this continues I will call services and request a new one, if this happens again l will have to change to another brand.

Unfortunately I went through 3 Versas each time they died within the 1-3 month range so I was given a new one after the last one died; however for me I was done. I had 4 Versas including my original in less than a year time frame,so to me that speaks to the quality of the product. After the last one died I didn't even bother with calling Fitbit I just replaced my Versa with an Apple Watch and I haven't looked back. I'm so done with Fitbit with all the money I wasted on the various models I purchased (Had a blaze and flex prior) I could have had an apple watch from the start!

The "fix" in most cases is a replacement. So, contact customer relations or your seller!

I fixed it by buying an Apple Watch almost two years ago. It's still
working like a charm.

I googled the problem and you have to press and hold the top right and left
buttons together for about 10-15 seconds and then the Fitbit will reset
itself and mine was fine after that. 🙂

Pressing and holding the back and bottom buttons but icon is not lighting up.  Just the 0 battery light.  Set it in charger but it is not charging

Let me help you with your Versa's not charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.

My fit bit charged but the light went out and just had a blank screen.  I bought on Fitbit .com.

I was stressing about mine not charging. Didn’t realise how clogged my magnetic contacts were! Cleaned them out with a toothpick and it started charging straight away! Thanks!
