My fitbit versa battery was very low when I placed on cradle to charge. It started to overheat and would not charge at the same time. I tried to turn it off and go through the factory reset steps which includes holding the left-back button and right-bottom button for 10 seconds to 3 minutes, then holding all 3-buttons for over 3-minutes. I also removed the device and tried to reinstall, but it will not recognize the fitbit versa to reinstall. I've contacted customer services and they sent a return address label for me to send back. They offered no other solutions but to only replace.
I really like this fitbit versa and dedicated time setting up features that I like. I would hate to send this back. The fitbit versa is also one of the only devices that cannot be reinstalled on laptop. The latest models can. smh!
Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, I don’t have any suggestions, but I’m having the same issue with my versa! I woke up to it having a black screen. It won’t charge or reset.
