Good Morning... yesterday morning my Fitbit synced just fine and I went about my day with a “medium battery life” an hour went by and my versa died… I ALWAYS get a email & notification when my battery is low... but I never got one plus my app still says I have a medium battery which is clearly not true.... this is the first time my Fitbit has died completely... I didn’t have my charger on me so I waited until I got home (roughly 6 hours later) and had it on the charger for more than 3 hours and nothing happened... tried resetting it and got nothing... even held the buttons for over a minute... I tried multiple sequences just in case I was doing something wrong and nothing.... I even tried 3 different USB ports plus my computer and all will charge other items but not my versa... I’m very upset... I’ve only had it since April (was a birthday present from my family) and I’ve worn it almost everyday.... I take extremely good care of it, I’ve never had a problem until now and I have never even had to do a reset once ( it’s that amazing!!) I just don’t know what to do.... I will be calling tech support very early this morning but I was hoping this has happened to someone and they were able to fix it quickly and by themselves...

Hi @EmKat8 If multiple restarts dont fix it the your only option is to contact support and hopefully you will get a new one. Fitbit Support
