Fitbit versa froze while factory reset

I started my versa after a couple months, and it wasn't connecting to my phone.

I put it in factory reset and now it's stuck on the fitbit logo. Now neither restart works nor anything else. Upon holding buttons in different orders, no vibration is felt.

38442910 is the ticket I was given but no contact was made. 

Please help!!!

Hi @mohdali231993 it is not stuck. It is telling you that the tracker needs to be setup. Your factory reset brought it back to factory status. 

If the tracker does not setup, I suggest trying the 10+ steps to fix a sync issue. 

BTW the worst thing a user can do is remove a non syncing tracker or to do a factory reset.

Hi @Rich_Laue, thank you for the response. I wish i hadn't done a factory reset right away there's no way to undo it.

I tried your suggestions, but i'm unable too set it up. My phone and even other phones for that matter aren't able to detect the fitbit via bluetooth.

I tried reinstalling the fitbit app, that doesn't work as well.

 

If it's in a factory status will it be detected by bluetooth, or is it just upto the fitbit app to detect the fitbit?.

Please read my last post @mohdali231993 follow the link to the instructions on how to setup your tracker. 

Setup must be down through the Fitbit app. 

No phones Bluetooth should be able to pair to the tracker. 

Once the tracker is setup using the Fitbit app and connected to a users account. The app will then request permission to pair the tracker.

I actually read and tried that part of your first answer. 

This is what i am getting on the fitbit app. Attaching screenshot.

On the fitbit however - there's no text, no battery symbol just the fitbit logo flashing.

So you are saying that the app still can not talk to the tracker. This is e same issue before the factory reset. 

Try the fox sync issue I point to above, and the setup issue
