Fitbit versa gone blank (fully charged this morning)

I charged my Fitbit versa and was working fine..I had a shower an hour ago and notice my Fitbit wouldn't turn on but the heart rate light in the back was working...now it won't even do that, I can't get it on, I don't know what to do and I've had it for about 10 months

Hi @Sjessie08 Its not sounding good Im afraid, but try restarting it several times and see if that gets it going. If it doesnt you will need to contact Support.
