I sync my first gen Versa with my iPhone 6s with up to date IOS services. The app is up to date. When I go to download certain apps to my watch, such as Spotify, I get the “to install this app, make sure your fitbit and fitbit app are up to date ...”. I was on the phone with customer service this morning and they said there is no firmware updates available for my Versa. I am on 33.1.30. Please help thank you

Hello @GWatchhelp and welcome to the Help forums. I'm sorry to say that you received incorrect information from the Support technician. You don't have the current firmware. The current firmware for the original Versa is 32.70.8.0. You can verify your firmware by swiping to the left on your Versa screen until you get to Settings. Tap that, scroll to the bottom until you get to About and tap on that. Alternatively, when you tap on your profile picture on your phone app, then Versa, you will also see the firmware version. I believe it should say 70.8.0 on this view. I have a Charge 4 on my account right now, so I can't verify your view. This Help article lists the current firmware for every device. I think you should contact Support again (armed with facts).
You can't force a firmware update. Fitbit rolls out firmware updates over time, not all at one.
