Fitbit versa lite 2 not booting up/ charging up

Hi

Yesterday I did factory reset in my versa lite 2 before reading the thread that it is not to be done... But post factory reset my versa lite 2 is neither getting charged nor booting up...... Further I have tried charging it using laptop USB and iPhone charger as well but no joy..... pls suggest a solution

I'm experiencing similar challenges.. the operations are not running their ultimate performance level .. probably till after the official global lock-down.
