I pressed restore factory settings on my wife's fitbit watch. as she got a new phone. Thought this was OK but just won't update now tried all trouble shooting can anyone help.

Hi @Andysmoggie , put the Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC/Laptop. Since you've done a Factory Reset, the Versa needs to be setup all over again as it is essentially a new device. So, go to her Fitbit app, press the account icon on top of the screen on the left side, scroll down a bit and choose "Add a new device" and choose Versa Lite. The rest is the same as when you've setup this Versa for the first time. regards kuzibri
