I have recently purchased a Fitbit Versa Lite. When I open the app all works well however when I try to load the apps section in the fitbit app it tells me I'm not connected to the internet. I've tried restarting my phone, re installing the app, tried mobile connectivity and WiFi.

Hi, try restarting your Versa deveral times and see if that solves your problem. BTW, have you setup your WiFi settings within the Fitbit app, e.g. your homenetwork and it's password? Regards, kuzibri
