Did anyone else's versa lite not come back on after January 2021 update? Mine updated, and then would not turn on etc. I went out and bought new charger and everything. All it does is occasionally vibrate. No green light, no screen... nothing. Contacted fitbit and they won't do anything about it. This all happened within hours after the update.

Yes! I have a versa 2 and a versa lite, worked perfectly with my Android Samsung A10 until the update, started off not syncing now the dashboard in the app and the option to sync have gone! I cannot sync, change the clock face see my steps or anything anymore. I tried everything fitbit suggested, even factory resenting my fitbit, removing the app from my phone and reinstalling, now I have the watch face back but the app is still not working as intended.
This is unbelievably frustrating and annoying as I have 2 expensive devices neither of which are fit for purpose!! 😞
Fitbit need to sort this out quickly as having read through the community forum there a thousands of other very unhappy customers. 5 days now and still no fix or explanation offered - come on Google/fitbit get your act together!
