So, I got my Fitbit Versa a month ago and about a week and a half ago for 10,000 steps there are no fireworks 😞

I am sorry to hear that your Versa isn't cheering you for have reached your goal. I recommend verifying that your goal amount is correct by following the instructions provided in the help article How do I track my health and fitness goals with Fitbit?.

 

In the meantime, you can restart your Versa by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
