How often do you sync your tracker? The clock should correct every time you sync.
As you have done several restarts, maybe try turning the watch off for a few hours, then turn it back on (settings app on the Versa and scroll down to About). If it is still losing a lot of time try a factory reset (settings app again, scroll to About). Let us know how you go

It's on for automatic sync but it's not doing that either, I've reset , turned the watch off and on, everything it says to try, now it's just not finding the watch every time I try to sync 😭😭

That sounds really annoying. What phone are you using?

I have the Samsung s8plus and it does the same thing can't even wear it now as the time is never right no matter how many hours I spend turning this off restarting that, frustrating is an understatement watch is only 2 weeks old and I'm already looking at a different brand! Sorry to jump your post xx

My Fitbit versa is less than six months old and it is also loosing time. It was 30 minutes in 24 hours but has now sped up to an hour in 12 hours! It makes it useless as a watch! Only by changing clock faces can I get the time correct again!

It's useless and such a waste of money and time always trying to sort it, so frustrated with it 🙁
Come on fitbit pull your finger out!!

@Serenajebb does the same thing happen when you use one of the Fitbit original clockfaces? Have you tried rebooting versa several times in a row (3 times or more)?

Truly fed up of restarting the bloody thing! It's now sat on the side and I'm now using another watch 🙁

@Kezza117 I understand your frustration, but I would use all avenues before calling customer support for a replacement. Have you tried factory reset? You will have to delete versa from your Fitbit mobile app as well as your phone's Bluetooth settings. I would reboot the phone as well. After factory reset which wipes your tracker of all data, you will have to set it up again.

@Kezza117 in that case, I'm afraid you will need to chat with Customer Support to guide you through the next steps.

What did you have to do to have them replace the watch. I've only had mine for a little less than a year and the same issue.
