Fitbit versa not reading heart rate throughout day

Hello, just received a Fitbit versa for my birthday. I just noticed that on my heart rate chart on the app has blank spots. Never had this issue with the Fitbit charge 2 that I had. Any suggestions? I do have tattoos and I have a pretty hairy arm. Thanks for any feedback i receive.

@Lobatos Can you post some screenshots? Also, go to the heart rate chart and tap on it to see zoomed detailed view. Sometimes, there are gaps on the minimized chart, but no gaps on the detailed one. If you see that Versa is dropping HR, open the Settings app on your tracker, scroll down to Heart Rate and toggle OFF and back ON with a reboot of Versa in-between (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes).
