Hi
For a few days now my versa has not been syncing with my phone on both active minutes and the movement logs. It works on my versa but does not show up on the app for my Samsung. I 've re-set my versa and phone at least 3 times , it is fully charged and needs no updates. Not sure why this is happening, never had a problem before.

Hi, I would advice the following:
1. close the Fitbit app on your Samsung
2, deinstall it, but do not remove or unpair your Versa from it.
3. restart your Samsung
4, reinstall Fitbit app again and sync it with your Versa
