I recently noticed that I had a large scratch down my screen but I didn’t think anything of it. I’ve been at the beach a lot and I think maybe some water got in because now it is glitching. When turned off the screen is too bright and flickers between black and this lit up colour. At night it is noticeably on and shines a light and then in the morning the battery is dead. Then it went completely dead and wouldn’t turn on or do anything and I tried multiple times to restart it and when I charged it, it just got extremely hot. I left it on charge all day and then the screen came back on but it was still all lit up and glitching even more. When I try to do a factory reset, I can do the first part but the second does nothing . No giant vibration. I’ve only had the watch for 6 months.
