Anyone facing problem of syncing versa to app? My problem is that say, on the 15th I clock 13500 steps when I sync on 15th it show the correct number value. But when I sync on 16th my 15th step count was reduced. And some data is also missing (heartbeat, sleep and step count of the day) pls help.

Hi @Berzy Thank you for joining to the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering if the issue keep persisting? What platform are you using, is it Android, iOS or any other different?

If the issue continue with the steps, I would like to request some screenshots to have a closer? If you need help uploading screenshots, this post will served as a reference. Now, in this case we are not dealing with syncing issues, since your data is being displayed on your Dashboard. Perhaps you just need to force quit the Fitbit app and open it again in order to refresh your information.

Regarding the missing data, I think this is a normal behavior. Not because is not showing in your Dashboard though. Note that your mobile app will display data from previous days only for the main stats (Steps, Calories, Distance, Active Minutes, Floors). For secondary tiles, these tiles will display only the current data even if you navigate to previous dates. This doesn't mean your information was lost, you need to access individually to each secondary tile in order to review your data history.

Hope this helps and keep me posted if you need more assistance.
