Fitbit versa restarts automatically as the logo appears on the screen. Tried resetting via button no luck. no issue with power or charging. just restarting on its own

Thank you for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa before contacting us.

 

If you have restarted your Watch without luck, please set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1635463659400.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
