Fitbit versa screen not working but can feel it vibrating?

I’ve had my Fitbit versa for a little over a year now and I’ve never had any problems currently the screen is showing blank but I can feel it vibrating when I try and reboot it?

I am having the same problem! I have tried resetting it at least 3 times and nothing! It seems that recently after every update I have an issue. 🤦

same here and this happens after a firmware update a month back. No display and not registering any activity but it is getting charged for sure and syncing too but then showing zero activity.

I have the same issue. It’s just a dark blue screen. Now it won’t stay on unless it’s on the charger. What the heck is going on?

I contacted support through Twitter direct message and they told how to "trouble shoot" my versa but it didn't do anything. I am now waiting for them to email me my "options" which I hope is sending a replacement since it's obviously a software issue but we'll see.
