Help! My Fitbit has been glitching the past few days and has been switching screens on its own. This morning it was fine then went black and never came back on. It says it has a medium charge when I look through the app so I know it isn’t dead. None of the buttons are working and the screen will not turn on. It also is no longer vibrating when I get a message or anything. What can I do??

I would like to add that I have already tried to turn off and restart my fit bit without success. This is very frustrating.
