Hi my versa wouldnt sync tried everything that people suggested on forums and to no success. Only had it for 5mth. Put it on to factory settings now cant do anything with it as its coming up with red cross saying data not cleared sync and try again.....bit you cant do nothing with this...can someone help. Thanks

Is it saying data not cleared in the Fitbit app?
The post being in the Android help board had me confused.
What was the issue that wanted you to do a factory reset. I assume that means the tracker has been removed from the Fitbit account.
Are you able to swipe over and do another factory reset?
