I was having problems with my versas screen going black and having to get a replacement. After taking the straps off the original Versa for the replacement, one strap clicks in perfectly, but when I go to try the other side, I can only get one side of the pin to fit in the hole where the other side just doesn't want to click into place. I've been going at it for hours and tried following guides and everything. It feels like this is just a defective fitbit due to the holes not aligning correctly. Need help!
