Fitbit versa switching off when off the charger

As soon as i take off my Versa from the charger it turns off and doesn’t starts by any of the actions .... either tapping on the screen, pressing the side buttons.

i have removed my device and reset it quite a number of times but nothing happening. Bit when it is put on charging it works fine. What should i do??
