Fitbit versa turn off or wont connect to my phone

I got a fitbit versa for Christmas. It works sometimes but other times it either says I need to connect it to my phone through bluetooth, which it does randomly and my phone is right beside it. Or it won't turn on. You can see it light up but doesn't have anything on the screen and I cant get it to come on. It has been off like that or wont connect to my phone for hours at a time. I have already done a factory reset and re set it up. TIA

Hi, I'm afraid since a factory reset did not solve it that I have to advice you to contact Customer support about your problem. Good luck!!
