My fitbit versa has now completely shut down and wont turn on. Last night my watch randomly switched off. The battery was on 98% because I had not long took it off charge. I put it back on the charger and it switched back on but when I took it off charge it immediately turned off. I tired to manually turn it on but got no further that the loading screen before it turned itself back on. I tried to factory reset it but again didn't work. I finally managed to get it to turn on and everything seemed ok. The next morning the watch had gone off again but this time i cant do anything with it. I cant charge it. I can't manually get it to turn on or factory reset it. I've recently updated the firmware so can't help but think that has something to do with it. I cant even reset it now because it wont turn on.
I had it on the 13/3/2019 so it's just over a year old.
It's a £200 watch and will be really upset if I cant get it working again. 😞
(I've held the 3 buttons for 20secs then let go of the bottom right an nothing. I've even held it for 3 mins and still not a flicker.)
