Hi all,
This is my 4th Fitbit device. I really love my Versa. I’ve only had it since December 24th 2019. I use it everyday to track my exercise and steps. I do not swim or shower with it. I do however sweat a lot. Today I noticed the screen was black. I checked the app and it has medium battery. I hooked it up to the charger and nothing. I tried restarting and nothing. There is no green lights in the back. It’s completely dead. I did notice some moisture in the back in the four little windows. Sorry not sure what they are called. Help I need my Fitbit to work. Are the four little windows supposed Tom be a certain color? Two of them seem a little pink. 1 I should white and the other is black. I have had problems with the Fitbit blaze, the regular Fitbit and the Fitbit HR. I’m disappointed in the product but if it’s worked it would be an awesome watch.

Hi, contact Customer Support about this issue and ask them to do a battery test of your Versa. Before you do that try restarting your Versa several times within a short period by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit Logo and release the buttons.
