Fitbit versa turns on but nothing on screen

Last night my wife's 2 month old Fitbit versa the screen quit working it's fully charged the green light on the wrist side of it flashes periodically if I push side buttons I will get a vibration feedback sometimes the screen will illuminate slightly but there's nothing being displayed on it.

I did try holding down all three buttons for 8 seconds and then releasing the bottom right button while holding the others after eight the screen illumte but I don't see anything on it and I don't get any sort of feedback past that.
