I have a Fitbit Versa 2 which I think is underestimating calories. Today I did a half hour HIIT workout and the Fitbit said I burnt 92 calories while my boyfriend did the same and burnt 250 on his. I have found similar when comparing walks/running etc.
I have so far - reset the fitbit, ensured all my personal details are put in, and ensured I am wearing it on the correct place on my arm (and the HR is definitely accurate when I exercise). Any other suggestions?

Hi @beccasains, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking the calories accurately. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
Also, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how the calories burned are calculated on your Fitbit device. Finally, monitor your watch for the next workout and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
