Fitbit versa will charge but display not working

Hi, all of a sudden my fitbit versa display won’t work.it will charge and a slight back light can be seen when u hold the left and bottom right buttons for 10-12 seconds. It will also vibrate. The app also seems to be working. Tracking steps etc. But no screen whatsoever

I am also facing the same problem trying to reset it but nothing works
