My Versa was connected to my phone, however it has stopped syncing and after weeks of constantly restarting bluetooth on my phone, restarting my versa and trying to get my Versa to sync; I decided to follow the instructions on Fitbit's webpage to disconnect my Versa from my phone and reconnect. However now when I use the Fitbit app to connect my Versa watch it will say that it's found my watch and is connecting and then timeout. I have tried restarting my fitbit by holding the left button and the lower right button, turning my versa on and off, restarting bluetooth but the versa won't connect to my phone.
Additionally the GPS feature on my Versa has stopped working, previously the app would log my runs and show me the route I took however the now only the run would get logged not the route which leads me to believe the GPS is not working.

This has happened to mine too, it’s so frustrating because I’m losing all the challenges, it’s been doing it for a while now, got to a point where I gave up with it. It’s impossible to get in contact with Fitbit too.. there used to just be a link to email them but that’s fine now. Usually you get offered a replacement if under a year, if over you get offered a percentage off if I’m correct xx

For some reason my watch isn't connecting either. I haven't been getting notifications for a few days and whenever I try to connect my phone or update the software it can't find my watch...
