Hi, I have had my versa 3 for almost 3 yrs and have been using it everyday and syncing everyday with the app. However last Friday night around 11pm, my fitbit **ahem** off and when it came back on again it tells me to download the app again. But I've had the app downloaded on my phone for several yrs and up until last Friday it had been working fine. Attached is a picture of what my versa is showing me. Please help me fix this
