My Fitbit versa won’t stay connected to Bluetooth or wifi. Every now and then it decides to connect. Never had this problem before. Losing time and nothing is accurate as it won’t sync.
i have tried everything and all software is up to date. There is no problem with my phone as that can find wifi and can connect to other Bluetooth devices easily.
what can I do to fix my versa?
please help

Don't hold your breath for a quick resolution. It's been 2 weeks since mine went wrong. It's now in a drawer gathering dust.

I can sync my kids watch on my phone an ace2
so pretty sure it’s my versa that’s the issue

This has been happening to me too.

Me too - constantly disconnects, I have to re install, so annoying. My old charge 2 works perfectly, wishing I’d never upgraded 🙄

I'm having the same problem! Prior to that my active mInutes weren't showing. So frustrating.

I know this sounds obvious but I realized my issue was due at least once a day I would place my phone on flight mode or turn bluetooth off or whatever it was. I was wondering why it was every day but this explains it. Haven’t had issues after just choosing to put on “do not disturb” on my phone instead.

Usually I can turn my Bluetooth off for a few minutes and then back on and force sync my watch but today it’s not working at all. I loved my Blaze and never had problems til the battery died. Wish I would’ve bought something else. I rely one specific app notifications for work and I rarely get them. This watch is awful.
