Not sure what's going on but last weekendcwhen I went on fitbit app it offered me the chance to have the new dashboard, since then my fitbit won't sync with my phone, its not logging sleep, or steps properly. Prior to the new dashboard the only issue I had was with notifications and calls not coming through on the versa. I've tried restarting phone, versa Bluetooth etc and nothing works.

Try logging out of the app, rebooting the phone and logging back in. As a last resort, uninstall the app, reboot and reinstall it.
