Fitbit versa won't sync to my phone.

The fitbit versa won't sync to my LG Q6 phone? I tried connecting it to my Dell laptop as well but it is not compatible either. Is there any thing else i can do or do i have to send it back?

Similar problem - my fitbit versa as of yesterday afternoon stopped syncing. Spent hours reading tips and trying things last night but to no avail. This morning I did a factory reset on the fitbit and am going through the steps of initial setup again, which I believe means I'm going to lose all data since the last time it would successfully sync.

Same problem.  I have an iPhone.  It won't sync since last night.  My AltaHR will sync so it is just the Versa.  It wouldn't sync in my home on Wifi and it also wouldn't sync when I was away from home.

Has anyone found a solution for this?

Mine also stopped syncing yesterday.  I've tried turning off and one bluetooth on my phone. I tried restarting my phone. I fully charged my Versa.  I'm not sure what to do.

I got mine to work finally. Had to do a factory reset and then reinstall the app on my phone. Slightly annoying and I lost a days worth of stats... ymmv

I found that I solved this problem by restarting the Versa.

Yay!  I too just got it to sync by restarting.  I had tried so many things - including reinstalling the app.  None of that worked.  I wasn't quite sure how to restart the watch because I've only had it a week so if you're in the same boat, here's what you do: push the left button and scroll left to get the menu.  Scroll to Settings > About > Shutdown.  Good luck!  I hope it works for you too!

My Versa had the same problem and suddenly it synchronized when I plugged it to the charger... Mysteries of the electronic devices...

My reset was a little different but it worked!  I had to click on “About” then shut down.  Thanks!!

I've found a weird issue with my Versa. I usually synchronize it with my iPhone or my iPad indistinctly.

What I found is that sometimes it connects with one or other device at first, preventing the other one to be synchronized.

Solution: I turn Bluetooth off on the other device I want to sync and most of the times it works!

Other times I have to turn the Versa off and on again...

I have and I am ready to throw the **ahem** thing in the trash.  I have an I-phone 8XL and an HP Computer.  Neither is syncing of if it does it takes a long time between syncing.  I had a blaze and never had a problem.  Why can't Fitbit fix this problem.  I am going away this weekend and need my Fitbit and phone to sync because I am doing an lifestyle (weight) management course and steps done is a HUGE part of this program
