Hi I had an issue with my fitbit the other day where it just randomly turned off and would not come back on. I tried doing a reset and a factory reset but nothing happened. I put it on charge and nothing happened, left it for a few hours and when I came back it was on. It worked then all day. However last night the same thing happened, I put it on charge but this time it never came back on. I had held the back and bottom left for a restart, I have held all three for a factory reset but nothing has managed to get it to work.
Is this a common issue with the versa just giving out? What can I do as I am very reluctant to buy a new one
Also in the middle of a 30 day step challange for charity so it is not ideal 😭
