Fitbit versa won't work after swimming

Today I went swimming with me fitbit and now it wont even turn on. 

What do i do

Hi @Gyzzz  Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt fix it please come back here.

I am also having the same problem. It will not restart. On the back of the device there are 4 small squares (like windows) that seem to have condensation in them. My Versa was used in less than 5 ft of water, so nowhere near the 50m it is rated for.

I also have had problems with my Versa.  It stopped doing anything after swimming.  I can't get it to even restart!  Any recommendations?

I have had said problem. Ihave been really good but accidentally wore while swimming it now won’t work at all there is a small red light when I press back button not ver impressed

Have you had any luck getting your Versa restarted?  I'm not sure how this forum works, but I thought we would get a response from an administrator.

I contacted them, and they said that they would send me a new one, since my
current one stopped working.

Wow, that is impressive service!  Did you just use the Contact Us info from the site?  Also, did you have to provide proof of purchase?  I have had mine almost a year and don't have the receipt.

I just contacted their chat feature. The rep asked me a couple of
questions, like did I try restarting it and is there a red light on the
back, and after I said no, she said ok, we'll email you a form to fill out
to request a new one. They didn't ask for any proof of purchase (my
daughter gave it to me last Christmas), and all the form had was where was
it purchased. I didn't know where she got it, so I just said Amazon. The
form only has 3 or 4 questions on it, it's really simple.
