Today I went swimming with me fitbit and now it wont even turn on.

Hi @Gyzzz Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt fix it please come back here.

I am also having the same problem. It will not restart. On the back of the device there are 4 small squares (like windows) that seem to have condensation in them. My Versa was used in less than 5 ft of water, so nowhere near the 50m it is rated for.

I also have had problems with my Versa. It stopped doing anything after swimming. I can't get it to even restart! Any recommendations?

I have had said problem. Ihave been really good but accidentally wore while swimming it now won’t work at all there is a small red light when I press back button not ver impressed

Wow, that is impressive service! Did you just use the Contact Us info from the site? Also, did you have to provide proof of purchase? I have had mine almost a year and don't have the receipt.
