@Wampaddler Has it ever worked? By new do you mean, you changed the phone and previously you had synced the versa with other phone? If that's the case:
- Remove (forget) Versa from the previous phone's bluetooth settings. Turn the bluetooth off on that phone or make sure Versa is not in range
- Now depending on if you managed to pair Versa with your new iphone - unpair Versa in the bluetooth settings as well
- Uninstall Fitbit mobile app
- Reboot XR and Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. Do not pair in the XR's bluetooth settings
- Install Fitbit mobile app and log in
- Grant all permissions incl pairing
- Make sure Fitbit Notifications are enabled in your phone Settings. If they are switch them off, sync, switch them back ON, and sync again.
Additional tips if you have issues syncing: If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure Always Connected and All day sync are enabled.
