@SunsetRunner How many steps did it count? Also, just to make sure, you're wearing your Versa and it's not being charged at that time? Try setting Wrist Placement setting in your Fitbit mobile app to Dominant, and then reboot versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.

Hiya it's only counting about 20 to 30 steps it's being worn at the time
not charged it's also counting steps when I put my seatbelt on lol. I wear
it on my non dominant wrist if it's on dominant it counts more.

@SunsetRunner A few steps here and there is normal as Versa is a wrist tracker. Fitbit algorithm is pretty well designed to exclude any "artificial" steps but hey you still move your hands a lot. For instance, for me it's always when I blow-dry my hair. I cannot avoid additional steps. Please keep wearing your tracker on your non-dominant hand, but set the Wrist Placement setting to Dominant (open Fitbit mobile app>tap on Versa icon>scroll down to Wrist Placement>change to Dominant>Sync). Don't forget to sync. It is also a good idea to give your Versa a reboot by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.
