Good morning,
I am hoping to get an answer from somone from Fitbit if I start a new thread.
I have a samsung S10. I have tried EVERYTHING and all troubleshooting suggestions. I woke up yesterday and my texts stopped coming into my versa. I'm still receiving all other notifications. From the last forum I commented on, regarding this issue, it seems a lot of us had the same problem on the same day. Is this being worked on? These watches are expensive and I will be asking for my money back should this not be able to be resolved.

Same issue here. Woke up this morning and all the sudden it's not working for texts only. Everything else works just fine. I really hope they fix this asap
