Fitbit versus lot watch time is off

For the last few days, my versa lot has been losing about 10-15 minutes a day. I wake up in the morning and the watch is about 15 minutes slow. Also has trouble syncing... have to disconnect and reconnect to sync.

Mine suddenly stopped syncing.

Time appears accurate

My versa 2 hasn't synced for a month now, and in the process of troubleshooting that issue rebooting the watch caused it to lose 1 minute & 1/2 about two weeks ago.

So obviously I have no solution to this issue (I'm tempted just to claim on the watch warranty at this point), but you have my sympathies.

No watch should lose that amount of time.

The cause may not be the watch but a fault with the Fitbit App.

Charge and restart the watch and phone and get synced,

Then disable Bluetooth on the phone and see if the time loss goes away after a day disconnected, if not probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you if its the watch that needs replacing.
