This is my fourth device. I had a charge that they replaced twice, then wouldn't replace it any more. We went with the Versa Lite, since it had some good reviews and I don't need much. But now after buying it May 8th, it overheated while on my wrist.... and now will do nothing. When calling to complain about it, they said they can return it and give me another device but I cannot get my money back.... It f**cking overheated on me. I don't want another dang device, I want to get money back.... never again will I buy another Fitbit.

Have you read the return policy of the place you bought the tracker at?
Most places have a time limit for the money back policy. Some as short as two weeks for watches purchased through Fitbit it is 45 days
