Fitbit was 55% charged, started workout Fitbit shut off and went down to 0% charged.

Woke up this morning, my Fitbit Versa said 55% charged. Started my workout about an hour later. In the middle of my workout, my Fitbit suddenly shut off and said 0% charged. Why? And how do I prevent this from happening again?

Charge it fully and do a restart

Shut down the watch

at the bottom, About,

at the bottom, Shutdown]

wait a minute

Start the watch

[Hold a button till it vibrates or logo appears]

Wait for the clock to reappear.

See if it happens again, if it does, seems like a fault, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
