I've bought a versa 2 and 3 in the last 3 years and both have stopped charging in 13-15 months. Be prepared to buy a new watch every year.

Hi @Rzwirn - thanks for the info but for the Versa 3 it is more likely cleaning or a charge cable issue, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

I already replaced the cable 30 days ago when it initially wouldn't charge. I keep the watch very clean, never get water on it, even though it's approved for swimming. I even just bought another cable last week in hopes that would fix the problem, no dice, still won't charge. Any other suggestions?

Di you try a computer port, though it could still be possible the cables are at fault. A computer will tell you if the device is connected or not.
What lead to this problem, did you by any chance do a factory reset, on purpose or by accident? Or did the watch crash?
When it's been on the charger for an hour, does it sync with the phone by chance, in which case it may be working but the screen has a fault.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.

I will try computer port. I've already been in contact with fitbit support. Since it's out of warranty, they're no help.
I didn't do a factory reset on purpose or accident. Just went to charge it as needed as it was below 20% and it wouldn't charge. I've never had the watch crash. It's worked perfectly fine til month 13.

@Rzwirn - It may be related to a clock face or Fitbit App update.
One other thing you can try is after it's been on the charger for 15 minutes is to double tap the screen and then immediately swipe the watch face left. This will test if it's a clock face fault in case the launch icons appear..

I will try that also. I use a standard fitbit clock face and there hasn't been an update in a couple months.

I tried what you suggested, still not working. Though I discovered when you hold it on left and right for a few seconds it shows battery symbol in red at 0%. I assume that means it needs a new battery?

@Rzwirn - it is unlikely to be a battery fault, other than being flat or factory reset.
Recommend you inspect again the 4 charging holes on the back of the watch with a magnifying glass and clean them [with perhaps a wooden toothpick but nothing hard or metallic so they are a golden colour] and also check the charge cables again, they can easily fail on the 4th pin.
