Fitbit went black, and has not come back

I woke up this morning to a black screen on my Fitbit, it appears to be off as none of the sensors light up. I have tried holding down the 3 buttons to restart, and no action. Nothing. The battery was not low, it was in medium. Please help! Thanks!

Hi, @FitFlyGirl! I would still suggest plugging it in to charge for a while. Sometimes lithium ion batteries can bottom out out of the blue.

Hi, no that did not work. It is still solid black and nothing has worked. Leaving it plugged nor resetting it, it doesn't do anything. Dead as a doornail.

Had the same problem with mine last week.  Tried everything.  The only time it would come back on was when it was on the charger.  Factory reset it twice.  Would get it to come up but back to the same problem.  I factory reset my phone because it just updated to Android Pie thinking it was something with the update.  Deleted my original Fitbit account and started completely from scratch.  Still had the same problem.  Finally called customer service.  They are replacing it probably because of a battery problem.  Tried to tell me it was the outlet my charger was plugged into.  Also tried to tell me it was the watch face because it wasn't from Fitbit.  A load of you know what.  Was using the same outlet and watch faces since I purchased it in February then it just died.  We'll see what happens from here.  Of course, once they agreed to replace it and sent me an email confirming it, two days later get another email saying they won't ship it out until they receive the old one.  Not impressed.  Only had it four months.  Not to mention they have been having this problem for well over a year now and they haven't fixed it.  Too much money to spend on something to have this happen.

Yeah! I ordered mine back in April! For the price tag it should have lasted WAY WAY WAY longer!
