From an experience, I just left it on charge for about 5 hrs...more than usual hrs, came back and it was on.
You can also try the three button soft reset.

I’m having the same problem with my new versa. I’ve charged it over night & still says no charge. I’ve pushed the three buttons, but I don’t even know what the buttons are for? Have you gotten any answers yet?

Still no luck. Chatted with fitbit CS and they are replacing my watch.

Yep, I talked to CS tonight & they are sending me a new one too. Now I have to wait another week for it to arrive. Thanks
