Fitbit will not stay charged

I got my versa in December and it has been working fine until her recently. The Fitbit cannot go a whole day without me having to charge the battery at least two times during the day. I have tried to reset the tracker, uninstall the app and have changed a lot of my settings. I’m at a lost of what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nicole,

since you have tried all the known solutions to solve your problem, I would advice you to contact Customer Support ASAP and ask a battery test. Regards kuzibri
