I've tried everything. Nothing works. But I have to say, Fitbit "instructions" for set up are absolutely terrible. The bluetooth GUI is awful; I had better luck with my original fitbits. Expensive doesn't mean good.

Hi @gregmoreau,

 

I went ahead and checked to see if your Galaxy phone is supported by Fitbit, and it is.  Are you trying to pair the Versa to your Fitbit account?  You mentioned you were confused by the setup instructions, what part are you stuck on?
