Fitbit won’t come on/warranty work

I bought my Fitbit in April and 3 months after I bought it it died. I waited 3 days to charge it because I couldn’t find my charger and the screen light will come on but it won’t charge! I’m afraid it was fried by my wall-plug because my phone charger had a short in it too around the same time this quit working.

I was wondering if I had a warranty on it or If I could send it off to get it fixed from being fried

Hi @Dani2015  Therr is no repair centre, so you cant get it fixed. There is a warranty on fitbits, but it does not cover accidental damage, so you may be out of luck, but contact Support anyway amd see what they say (link in my signature)
