Because it was purchased (brand new mind you) from Fingerhut? Seriously. Thanks for pushing out an update that bricked my watch and then not fixing it. They say contact Fingerhut, they say contact Fitbit. Out $300 due to a firmware update and not happy at all.

I have always had good response from fingerhut
