I have done a factory reset on my fitbit versa after I had some troubles with the device, but know I can't reconnect my versa with my phone. Normally it should be the same steps as when I first unpacked my versa. I can go through all the first steps on my phone (bluetooth connection with versa, connection with the internet) , but the text "to start, download the fitbit app" remains on my versa.

I have been having the same problem. I did manage once to get it to connect but was unable to install firmware but then had to remove the versa again to reconnect my old charge until a solution is found.
